The ground floor apartment was so convenient meaning that we had breakfast and evening drinks / meals outside whilst looking at stunning views. As well as being informative, polite and helpful during the initial part of our stay, Mickel truly showed his worth when the volcanic ash problem struck and flights back to the UK were cancelled. He reacted immediately and arranged for rebooking of flights for a number of guests with great perseverance and patience with an airline service that was inevitably slow due to many callers. He then followed up regularly to determine whether there were other ways in which he could help.
We are very grateful for his help, a) in enjoying our stay and b) ensuring that we could get home at the earliest opportunity.

Having complained about the housekeeping in Florida we are pleased to report an excellent standard in Dubai. In fact the Housekeeping Manager was excellent and she rapidly fixed some teething problems with the new apartment. We found the concierge / operations staff very willing with Maya standing out.
First impressions of the 1 bedroom apartments was disappointing because the bathroom and kitchen was very small (compared with the other resorts) however we soon got used to it and overall we had a very nice time. We had a look at a 2 bedroom unit (1605 Cocos?) which we liked very much.
We are looking forward to our next Club Paradiso holiday. As we have now retired we are holidaying every month or two so we would be please to take up some of your special room filler offers in the future.

Just to let you know we had a very enjoyable stay in the Keys last week and the week before. The weather was fine although the wind was a bit chilly at times. We managed to play golf three times while we were there and we found plenty of other stuff to keep us amused. Hog Heaven within walkinbg distance of the property was a great watering hole.
We loved the house at Anglers Reef which had everything we wanted and the unexpected surprise of the Internet 'phone. Sam's initial briefing was very thorough and helpful and he fixed the minor problem we had with the CD player expeditiously. You should also know that the cleaning Team did a great job throughout the two weeks.
See you when we are next in Tenerife which will not be until next year but of course we will be visiting Tuscany in August.

Looking ahead to next year I have read on the official Palmyra website that the opening has been delayed yet again to Summer 2010 This must be frustrating for you if this is the case. Hopefully it will be sorted soon as we hope to make Jamaica our next holiday.

I called Sam before we left Boca Raton on Saturday morning and he was here when we arrived. The phone and Internet were not working but he did not leave until he was sure that we were on-line everywhere. Bad news for you with e-mail fully operating!! The guy is very good and represents you well.
We spent yesterday at the pool recovering from our travels and then last night we had a tropical downpour which has continued today. The forecast is improving and we still have 3 weeks to go!

We purchased one City Level in 2003 from plan and were delighted with our first visit when Paramount opened. After a few years staying at Paramount we bought a second City Level in 2006 to give us the flexibility of a two week holiday.
We have stayed in Tuscany del Felippo and also Golden Sands in Malta for two weeks. All resorts are fantastic, luxurious units but not all the same.
Tuscany is a remote resort where you need a car but a great place if you like a bit of solitude. Malta, on the other hand, is part of a larger complex. So far we have been delighted with all places we have stayed in through Club Paradiso and very much look forward to visiting Dubai and Jamaica.
We are certainly very happy with our investment and have no regrets.

Works starts in October on an extension to the private beach and the golf course - both of which will help finish the place off.
Food can be unusual and eclectic in the "Flavours" International Restaurant with different mixed themes every day. Tonight we will be having Lebanese and Mongolian (really).
As you can see, some local bars sold the hotel manager a fleet of "used" courtesy coaches. Some of them are over 60 years old and still running; they are real "boneshakers".
Thankfully when they opened this place they put in a new road from the airport so that Liz, Tony et al could ride in comfort.

We have been timeshare owners since the summer of 1991 and have never regretted becoming involved in the system. We have added our portfolio over the years and can now take 8 weeks holiday each year.
We have the advantage of knowing that the accommodation will be of an extremely high quality and we will never be taking a "risk" when booking a holiday in terms of quality, service or location.
Over the Years we have holidayed in Spain, the Canaries, Malta and a number of vacations in the United States e.g. Florida, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco and Texas.
These experiences have surpassed our expectations and only confirmed our decision to become involved in "timeshare" nearly 20 years ago.
In the UK there have been a number of horror stories in relation to timeshare w can honestly say that is not our experience.

We have returned from Angler's Reef and have now recovered from our mild jetlag. We really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the resort and took full advantage of there being virtually no-one else there. The accommodation was extremely well-appointed and we gather that was carried out under your supervision.
We have been to the Keys a couple of times before so we were reasonably familiar with the area. The weather was extremely good although thunderstorms were very regular nearer Miami further north, only to be expected at that time of year.
We are thinking of going again around the same time next year for two weeks and are looking at the two weeks from 24 April 2010. Any chance of availability at that time?

As you know we have now visited the three Paradiso resorts - Paramount, San Filippo, Tuscany and the Radisson Malta - all attractive, well located, top quality resorts - and is very much looking forward to visits to Jamaica and Dubai as soon as they come on stream.
It was good to learn how well Paradiso memberships were progressing, In reviewing our own particular portfolio, and looking to the future, family needs etc we decided to further upgrade two more of our weeks.

We will book for Easter time and then November. Which apartment will we stay in December at the Hollywood Mirage? Is it an ordinary apartment or one special one which is used by Paramount only?
We will also use an RCI week at the Hollywood Mirage, the week before. After that we will stay at a villa, we got tired of the moving from apartment to apartment last time we stayed at Tenerife.

Hi Nancy,
A week ago today we started our return journey home after four wonderful weeks in the USA. We began with a nostalgic week in Orlando, before we moved on to Anglers reef.
The accommodation and setting at Angler's reef is stunning. Always been fascinated by the keys and they didn't disappoint.
The further south you go the more amazing they are, we did not have one single complaint from start to finish. Everything went according to our schedule and plan.
The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and incredibly efficient and thorough in their work.
Since we had never cruised before we decided to take a five day cruise to the Caribbean, it was absolutely wonderful. Of course the weather helped as it was in the 80's for four weeks with only one day's rain but at most times there was always a gentle breeze.
Forgot to say since our trip to Cozumel, part of Mexico was cancelled we visited Montego Bay, now that is paradise!
Can only dream now until our next holiday, let's hope for Dubai or even Montego Bay?
Trust you are keeping well and you are by now getting you r tongue around those oriental languages.

We bought into club Paradiso 3 years ago and so far have visited San Filippo (Tuscany) and Golden Sands (Malta).
In both cases they were excellent resorts to which we will certainly return in future years.
We are anxiously awaiting the opening of the new resorts in Jamaica and Dubai and look forward to visiting them at the first opportunity,
In the resorts we have visited we have found the accommodation to be of the highest quality with very helpful and friendly staff that caters for all of our needs.
On the administration side Nancy and her team make the selection and reservation of accommodation a very pleasant experience and ensure that the entire vacation runs very smoothly.
Each vacation is something to look back on with great pleasure and we are looking forward to many more visits both to existing and future resorts.

Just thought I would send a note to saying how impressed we were with our stay at Golden Sands.
What a fabulous facility it is combining the luxury of Club Paradiso apartments with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. Our apartment exceeded all expectations with the biggest outside balcony I have ever seen which was just lovely overlooking the sea.
Please can you say thank you to Mickel and his team who looked after us so superbly. Mickel made sure that everything was perfect for us and we were very impressed with the level of service we received.
We forgot to fill in our questionnaire before we left as we were in a bit of a rush because of the storm but we would have ticked everything as excellent/perfect so please can you pass that on also.
We can't wait to return next May when hopefully the weather will mean we can take advantage of all the outdoor facilities.

We have been owners at the Paradiso for five years and have stayed in the Tenerife property on three separate occasions.Our daughter and son in law have also used the Tuscany location twice.
We have also exchanged our Paradiso weeks for weeks in the USA - mainly in Arizona.
We have found ALL of the properties that we have stayed in to be of the highest quality both in terms of the fixtures and fittings and the way in which they have been serviced and maintained.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the supportive staff.

Paradiso - Radisson SAS Golden Bay Malta
Mary and I thought you might welcome some feedback on our experience following our first visit to Paradiso Malta (31 August - 14th Sept). We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning sometime.
The Radisson is really a top class hotel; we can well understand why it was selected as the venue for the Commonwealth Conference earlier in the year which the Queen opened.
The exclusive Paradiso apartments are positioned on the top floor in the newly built third tower and accessible only by our own members. There is a choice of three very good restaurants in the hotel serving a variety of menus.
The Radisson itself is attractively located at Golden Bay. It probably enjoys the best sandy beach on the island and is ideal for safe swimming; all the popular water sports are at hand.
Like other Paradiso apartments we have stayed in ours at the Radisson was of the same very high standard and superior to the "generally recognised" Gold Crown resorts on the more traditional timeshare circuit which we have considerable experience of over a 20 year span visiting numerous resorts around the world.
To give you an idea of the apartment and surrounding area we are sending you under separate cover some photos we took.
Malta has a great and very interesting historical past and there are a number of interesting trips that can be taken.

Just a short note to say how great San Filippo was again this year. We had the same apartment as last OlIVIO it must be the best with such superb views and accommodation we love it.
However there are some apartments that have no view or patio and are very dark so we probably won't go to Tuscany again as we would not like to land up with one of these.
Only trying to be constructive but it wouldn't take much to change the turn round area and give some larger apartments their own patio. We met some great people but carrying food up onto their eating area was a bit of a drag and steep, stuff slides off plates.
If you ever want a recommendation please ask as it's such a great center for touring from or sitting doing nothing. Lots of people there wanted more facilities but I think it would spoil it. After all it's not much of a problem wine etc in the town and there are several restaurants in the town that are far superior to the over rated hotel at the top of the road.
In the course of my work I do a lot of travelling and stay in some top hotels around the world but hotels with the attitude of that one are few and far apart, thank heavens.
