Palm Beach Holiday Club Plus - Revitalise Your Timeshare

Always looking to improve the products in its range, Resort Properties came up with the innovative concept of the Palm Beach Holiday Club Plus.
The idea was to revitalise the owners' holiday experience by improving value for money and increasing levels of freedom, choice, flexibility and service.
Whilst the Palm Beach Club has always been popular due to its fantastic beachfront location in Tenerife's bustling Playa de Las Americas, many owners required more flexibility than was being offered by the mainstream exchange companies. In response to this situation the Palm Beach Holiday Club Plus offered its members free internal exchanges at any time of year.
It also took care of external exchanges by offering a personal coordination service. Now members were no longer in competition with the other five million Timeshare owners who were trying to make an exchange - instead they had theirs taken care of with one phone call to the Club's dedicated exchange coordinator. Again these exchanges were free or at cost price.
Other benefits that come with this unique holiday product are complimentary membership to the excellent Ice Gallery Cruise Club where members have access to all the major cruise lines with discounts of up to 65%.
Members are given substantial discounts at the bars and restaurants in the Palm Beach Club and are also given the right to use a massive pool of Bonus Weeks at excellent weekly rates. These weeks are also available to members' friends and family and represent amazing value for money.
These extra benefits are reflected in the increased saleability of a Palm Beach Holiday Club Plus week over a normal week of Timeshare. Members have seen the resale market for Palm Beach Holiday Club Plus weeks become increasingly buoyant over the last few years as new customers invariably purchase this uniquely flexible product.

I don't think there is anything required to make things better. It is a wonderful place and this year I had booked 7 apartments for all my family so that I could celebrate my 60th birthday and everyone was absolutely lovely and found us fun.
My first apartment was 628 and the only thing I was disappointed in was that it was a half kitchen for 6 people (2 bedrooms).
We were moved the second week to be near our grandchild (in 127) and our apartment was 130. This was great being on the ground floor near my son and child.
My grandchild (7 months old) took ill on 20th May and we asked for a doctor. The doctor who attended was very thorough and considerate.
Thank you for such a wonderful holiday. I love Palm Beach Club.

Overall we were extremely happy with our stay at Palm Beach Club. We think it would be just perfect if two amenities were added:
Wireless internet access (not necessarily in the rooms but perhaps in the lobby area)
Dishwasher
However, these are just little suggestions.
We will definitely come back for another stay. It is an excellent facility, particularly for those families with little kids.

Thank you so much for pampering to all my needs. Your jobs are not easy as dealing with people can prove very difficult, but nothing is too much trouble for you all where we are concerned.
I have personal experience with certain requests that have mostly been dealt with expertly and efficiently. I am very impressed with the 24 hour night and day running of all procedures at the club. All the staff are extremely courteous and polite at all times, even though they must have stressful moments.

Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The maids do an exceptional job. All on Reception are always so very pleasant and helpful.

There is nothing you could have done to make our stay better. The service in rooms and the shops to the hotel were all very helpful.
It was our choice to go out of the apartment every night but we will be back and use more of the facilities of the hotel, as when we sat around the pool which was at some point each day and heard people talk, we have never heard anything bad (also poolside attendants excellent).

We have owned at Palm Beach Club, Tenerife since 1998 and after using the resort purchased a second week. We bought without seeing the resort on a strong recommendation from friends who already owned at Palm Beach.
We have holidayed with parents who have returned on numerous occasions due to the resort being central and also safe in the evenings. As a family we like the evening entertainment and again the safety of the resort, knowing you can give your children a certain amount of freedom.
Overall we are very happy with the resort facilities and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I like the fact that there is now a small supermarket on site.
I would recommend Palm Beach to anyone.

Having just returned from your resort after a week there I felt I had to put an email together to give you some impressions of our holiday.
We have been owners on the island of Tenerife since 1986 and I must tell you in all those years we have had many wonderful holidays, some in Europe and also other parts of the world.
Exchanging with R.C.I. and I.I. as we get older we want to be at smaller family-oriented resorts in an area where we can walk with ease, this we felt we found at Palm Beach Club.
From the young porters through the tiers of personnel to yourself, we were treated as if we were V.I.Ps. I must mention Holly who was a great help arranging the holiday when at the time I was most unwell. Also Jamie - we felt we had known him for years, not the usual sales staff we have come across, hang on to him.
Our stay with you was restful, peaceful, and we feel it's a shame we had not met you in our early years. We have no hesitation in recommending your set up to anyone who likes Tenerife.
Our thanks go out to all of you and we hope to see you in the future. Please continue to bring smiles to all who holiday with you and please always maintain the standards you have achieved to date.

We were checked in very swiftly and offered concierge service with our baggage. Neither of us have visited a time share presentation and we have never owned a time share before. The staff have been very friendly.
Our presentation was delivered in a very informative manner and we bought a week to use.
