Promotional Holidays - Try Before You Buy
As the world's leading Timeshare resales company, Resort Properties has always looked for new and innovative ways to market its products. One of the most successful methods of finding new clients in today's internet age is via inspection visits - try before you buy.
These clients will have made an enquiry through one of the company's websites before a member of the customer service department contacts them by telephone to arrange the dates of their stay and the size of the apartment needed. This accommodation is provided free of charge with a small administration fee on the condition that the client attends a no-obligation presentation with one of the company's sales team.
On the morning or afternoon of the presentation the client will meet up with a company representative and will enjoy a walking tour of the resorts. They will have the Timeshare system explained and will receive an offer to become involved with the company.
However, many clients who take advantage of a free promotional holiday find that the Timeshare system suits their needs and budget perfectly and are more than happy to become involved with one of Europe's leading holiday companies.

Although we chose not to buy anything our meeting with Debbie did clarify what we should do in the next few years. The complex was very good and pool area great, the Lifeguard was fantastic he was so good with everyone and exceptional with the kids infact they did not want to go back to thier parents after being with him. He I think is missing his vocation and should teach at nursery level.

We had a presentation meeting with Liam Keighley last Saturday. Although we were aware we would be attending a presentation in our minds purchasing a Timeshare was not an option. However, Liam skillfully acquired information from us but not before introducing himself and both parties getting to know a little about each other first. His presentation procedure was unhurried and he listened to us at all times.

Coming to the Hollywood Mirage was a totally magical experience; it was like being lost in Hollywood with the different names of actors.

Twenty years ago the word "Timeshare" would have sent you running for cover but today nothing could be further from the truth.
Thanks to the Resort Properties Group and a lovely young man called Guy Japhet "Timeshare" no longer conjures up a picture of young people standing on corners offering gifts if you agreed to attend a meeting. Instead, you are treated to a pleasant experience, not locked in a room and unable to get out, and although it can take up to half a day of your holiday the time passed surprisingly quickly.
You are at no time pressured into buying and are given all the information required before entering into any kind of agreement.
If at any time you are offered a free holiday from Resort Properties with the condition you give up some time to attend a Timeshare meeting, our advice is jump at it.
We have just spent a fantastic week in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. All we paid were our flights.
We bought a Timeshare between us and are now looking forward to seeing all the places we never thought we would and be able to take our children and grandchildren with us.

Thank you to both of you for the fantastic gift you gave us of your holiday apartment in the Hollywood Mirage in Tenerife. We spent the best holiday we have ever had. The accommodation, services, entertainment and activities were excellent.
As I explained to Kerry today we did not take up the offer of a timeshare, not because we would not stay in your resort again but because we would like to buy a holiday place for the future. We have decided that we would like Tenerife and we intend to come back again to look and research. I have asked that when we do come back we would stay at your resort as a rental.
If you have any available studio or one bed apartments in the months of May or August - the dates we came were 21st August to 4th September. Before we come back I will contact you even to discuss any other deals you may have.

We attended a sales promotion at the Hollywood Mirage Club in May 2009 for a week's holiday. We had looked at timeshare in the past whilst holidaying in Tenerife and had a really bad experience with unprofessional sales people and techniques.
We vowed never to look at timeshare again so when we got the phone call offering us a promotional week we were very unsure. However, Sheila reassured us that there was no pressure and the staff were friendly - so we took a gamble because we hadn't had one for 3 years.
The accommodation at the Mirage was first class, the presentation was superb, professional and we were looked after - and made to feel welcome. Although we didn't purchase due to financial commitments we could safely recommend Resort Properties to all our family and friends.

On being offered a free two week holiday, we arrived at Tenerife airport very apprehensive and cautious!! A free taxi took us to the Hollywood Mirage complex - quite stunning - swiftly dealt with at reception and allocated a delightful studio room.
Next morning we were advised that an appointment had been made for 11.30 and our contact Guy would collect us from this room. Guy was courteous and friendly and asked about our room and any problems so far. At the Resort Properties Services office we were offered refreshments during an open and friendly discussion. We were openly informed that "Timeshare" and ownership were to be discussed.
Costings and yearly maintenance fees were explained in an easy, relaxed manner. At no time was any pressure exerted upon us. The jewel in the crown was the RCI and Points system which would enable us to travel the world and stay at resorts with the same quality and standards here at Hollywood Mirage.
Before signing agreement purchase forms, a senior staff member reiterated all points. The finance section cover all legal forms and indicated due dates for final payment very efficiently.
The staff at Resort Properties Services were professional and helpful at all stages of becoming an owner within the group.
