Resort Properties Resales - Because Life Changes

Over the last quarter of a century Resort Properties has consistently broken sales and marketing records like no other company in the industry.
The company's first decade saw it build and sell out four of the Timeshare industry's most popular resorts:
After this phenomenal run of success the Resort Properties' founder, Bob Trotta, stunned the industry by ceasing the development of new resorts and instead focusing on resales. On the 8th of January 1993 he opened up Europe's first dedicated resale office.
The reason for this move was to fulfil the promise Mr Trotta had made to his owners when they bought the product originally - namely that they would always be able to resell when the time came. What he hadn't anticipated was the massive demand for this service as owners upgraded, downgraded, changed resorts and generally tweaked their ownership to fit in with the dynamic requirements of family life.
Often a couple will enter the Timeshare system with the purchase of a studio apartment. As time goes by, new additions to the family will mean they need to sell this on and move to a one or two-bedroom unit. As children grow up and no longer come on family holidays the couple may well decide to resell their ownership and move back to a studio apartment or indeed, exit the system completely.
To date the Resort Properties' resale department has sold over 60,000 Timeshare resales and continues to turn over some 8,000 weeks every year.

Lee explained the product very well and clear. He went through every stage which was easy to understand.
Unfortunately the product wasn't for us yet but will be talking again soon.

Here's a line or two to convey to all the next guests of the Beverly Hill Club what a "familiarisation"/"information" session is. Firstly, a BHC representative called to our studio to introduce himself and offer us three days and times that would suit us for a meeting. We decided to go for the next day so that we could enjoy the holiday proper without having to consider a future appointment.
Our rep was truly the most personable and hospitable of hosts, his local knowledge was very useful in helping us to enjoy our Tenerife holiday with regards to places to eat, visit and experience. The whole business of the holiday Timeshare was explained to us and how it is operated here, which when explained was shown to be highly regulated and a very profitable business providing many plus points for holidayers and local areas.
We were shown around the complex and were allowed to view all types of accommodation, all of a very high standard and some with the "wow" factor. The aspirational lifestyle was addressed to the full in choice of amenities, decoration and layout etc.
For us we decided against buying in; we are random holidayers who tend to visit family in far flung places across the world.
We could see that the product being offered was that of a high standard with many benefits to consider; it was not a rigid product it had fluidity if used with foresight.

We own C102, weeks 32 and 33. Bought off plan for £5,000 for the pair.
For the first 10 years I came here and watched the resort grow, delighted with the progress.
Then when the children became disinterested, we exchanged all around the world, never having any problems and being delighted with the standard. Service from RCI has always been great.
The refurbishments have always been wonderful over the years and the resort has kept its value. We are now looking to withdraw from timeshare as unable to travel so far, but I have absolute faith in Resort Properties, based on previous experience.

Nothing seemed to be a bother for you and you were able to answer the queries which we raised to our satisfaction and without any hassle. It was good to meet you and to feel that we had met people who really cared.
We should also like to comment on the friendliness of the sales staff, in particular Peter who made our visit to the sales office and all it entailed a pleasurable experience. We were very fortunate to have Peter as our sales rep as he has such a pleasing and friendly personality with a wealth of knowledge of the business! If it had been somebody else there may well have been a different outcome. He is certainly an asset to the company.
